Car Rental Terms — Natalie Rent A Car

Driver Age:

• Minimum age: 23 years old.

• For car categories F, H, M, O, V: minimum age 25 years old.

Rental Duration:

• Minimum rental period: one day (24 hours).

• An additional day’s charge applies if the vehicle is returned more than 30 minutes after the initial 24-hour rental period.

Vehicle Pick-Up Requirements:

• Valid driving license issued at least 1 year prior.

• ID card or Passport.

• Credit card.

Delivery and Return:

• Daily delivery and return from 08:00 to 20:00 at no extra charge within a 10 km radius of our office, including Igoumenitsa port, city points, or hotels.

• Sundays, public holidays, or locations beyond 10 km incur an additional €20 fee.

Accepted Credit Cards:

• VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS CARD.

Insurance:

• CDW (Collision Damage Waiver)
  Included in the rental cost.
  Maximum liability for renter: €700 for categories A, B, C, D.

• SCDW (Super CDW) – Liability Reduction
  Additional coverage reducing liability to €300 (categories A-D).
  Daily cost: €15.

• FDW (Full Damage Waiver) – Full Waiver
  Completely waives renter’s responsibility for damage.
  Daily cost: €20 (categories A-D).
  Signing rental terms is required.

In Case of Accident:

• Take as many photos as possible.

• Contact your insurer for assistance.

• Notify the police (phone 100).

Fuel Policy:

• Fuel costs borne by renter.

• Vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as received.

• Any difference will be charged locally.

Restrictions:

• Crossing Greek borders with the vehicle is prohibited.

• Transport by ferry is only allowed with written permission.

Deposit:

• 20% deposit required upon booking.

• Remaining balance paid upon pick-up.

Cancellation Policy:

• Free cancellation up to 14 days prior.

• No-show results in forfeiture of deposit.

Mileage:

• Free mileage up to 130 km/day for rentals up to 4 days.

• Excess mileage charged at €0.30/km.

Insurance Exclusions:
No coverage for:

• Damage during ferry transport.

• Damage caused by driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

• Damage from driving on unpaved roads.

• Damage to undercarriage, tires, mirrors, antenna, upholstery, keys.

• Personal belongings inside the vehicle.

• Accidents involving unauthorized drivers.

• Accidents not immediately reported to the rental company.

General Insurance Terms:

• CDW covers:
  Third-party liability, partial/full theft, glass breakage, personal accident up to €15,000, damage liability up to €700.
  Excludes damage caused by driver negligence such as mechanical failures, mirrors, tires, undercarriage, interior damage, traffic fines.

• SCDW same as CDW but with €300 deductible.

• FDW full damage waiver including fire coverage.
